2018 will be an exciting year with politics taking top billing. This blog’s purpose is to capture my comments on politics and policy as the year goes on. Of course, other thoughts that come to mind may be posted My take on National Policy is progressive, politically my heart is set in the Democratic Party. On International Policy I believe in building alliances, supporting the United Nations, and the role of American leadership in the World. The reader may note from time to time that these positions will color my commentary; althougth, I am not dogmatic, with positions the may be very much at odds with current Democratic positions.
